In these instances, we would treat you as the client.
We work closely with you, respecting agency protocols and confidentiality.
We will never look for direct contact with your clients.
Provide you with availability reports of serviced offices to present to your client.
Field all calls/emails from serviced office operators on your behalf.
Leave full control of the process in your hands.

We are looking for:
Buildings of 10,000sqf and above.
Single or multiple floors of 5,000sqf and above.
Prime Central London locations.
Core City Centre locations throughout the UK.
Space that lends itself to serviced or managed offices or coworking space.
Our clients will consider:
Conventional leases of 5-25 years.
Freehold Properties.
Long Leasehold Properties.
Management Contracts.
Fag-end leases will also be considered.
